Well I thought this could be a long post about the technicalities of getting my new 3 Mobile Broadband working on my new Acer Aspire One on which I had wiped the perfectly working Linpus OS and put on Ubuntu.The process went like this - plug in, select mobile broadband, choose '3', click connect automatically.
Job done.
